Job Description

Emory Healthcare is looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team and help us bring our projects to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with an enthusiasm for leading projects from concept to completion. You should be a self-starter with a track record of successful project management and a solid understanding of technical concepts and processes. Successful applicants will have a knack for multitasking and will be excited to work on projects that require a high level of technical understanding and detail.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects• Proven success in developing and leading teams in the completion of complex projects• In-depth knowledge of project management best practices• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and take initiative• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for project management and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. • Monitor progress of projects and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders. • Manage project resources and teams, including assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities. • Identify and address project risks and issues. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery. • Facilitate meetings and ensure timely and effective communication between stakeholders. • Analyze project data to recommend changes for process improvement. • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with established budgets, timelines, and quality standards. • Prepare and present project reviews and progress reports to stakeholders. • Utilize project management software to track and monitor progress.
