  1. Manage medication therapy for patients with ventricular assist devices.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Of Pharmacy.

  • Completion Of A Post-Graduate Pharmacy Residency Program, Preferably In Cardiology Or Critical Care.

  • Board Certification In Pharmacotherapy (Bcps) Or Cardiology Pharmacy (Bccp).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Pharmacy Role, Preferably In A Cardiac Or Intensive Care Unit.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Ventricular Assist Device (Vad) Therapy, Including Pharmacotherapy Considerations, Monitoring Parameters, And Potential Complications.
