R&D Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Research and Development (R&D) Laboratory Technician to join the Endress+Hauser team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, physical sciences, and/or a related field, and a desire to apply their knowledge to a wide range of research and development projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to the success of our company and have direct input into the development of innovative new products.The successful candidate will be required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory setting. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working independently as well as in a team. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. In addition, you must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative new products that meet customer needs
• Design and conduct experiments and tests to measure product performance
• Analyze data and present findings to team members
• Collaborate with other research and development personnel to ensure successful product launches
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Remain updated on the latest developments in the relevant fields of engineering and physical sciences
• Contribute to the development of new product ideas and solutions
• Prepare reports and presentations for review by management
