Job Description

The Project Manager - Renovation is responsible for independently managing, evaluating, and implementing the execution of interior apartment renovation projects for a portfolio of multiple properties throughout the assigned portfolio. The Project Manager will also develop the skill set to handle capital management projects. Manage the inspection and payment process pursuant to the contract and the relationship with vendors. Assist in developing project plans to execute renovation projects including project scope and specifications.

Job Qualifications

2-4 years experience in the field
Drivers license and reliable personal vehicle, flexibility for local travel throughout the portfolio.
