Job Description

Ernest Health is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our exceptional team in achieving our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and visionary leader with a passion for healthcare. They must demonstrate executive-level communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and a commitment to patient care. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring better patient outcomes, and managing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare system.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including at least five years as a senior executive in a large healthcare system. A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred. We also seek someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is driven to succeed. Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer at Ernest Health:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve organizational objectives and goals.
  2. Lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare system.
  3. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including government and regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and the general public.
  4. Create and foster a positive work environment and culture for all staff.
  5. Monitor and evaluate financial performance and develop strategies to control costs.
  6. Analyze and interpret market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  7. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong presence in the community.
  9. Communicate, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve the highest standards of quality and performance.
  10. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events.
