Ernest Health is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our exceptional team in achieving our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and visionary leader with a passion for healthcare. They must demonstrate executive-level communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and a commitment to patient care. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring better patient outcomes, and managing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare system.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including at least five years as a senior executive in a large healthcare system. A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred. We also seek someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is driven to succeed.
