- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of the service line offerings
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the professional services industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of service line offerings with overall company strategy
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success and impact of the service line offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to understand their needs and identify potential areas for product development
- Lead the development and launch of new service line products and offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and are in line with overall company strategy
- Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
- Provide guidance and direction to product development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
- Conduct training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders on new products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate the service line offerings
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities for the service line offerings
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on the performance and progress of the service line offerings.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Professional Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Launching Successful Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
