- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Identify and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support new product initiatives.
- Drive product innovation and differentiation through continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and new releases to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to product development and delivery.
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, and events to promote EY's service line business products.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners and vendors to support product development and delivery.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Field, Preferably Within A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Product Strategy And Decision Making.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Concept To Market.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Consensus Among Stakeholders.
