Investment Banking Associate - Consumer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate - Consumer to join Ernst & Young's (EY) Financial Services practice. The successful candidate will work with the team of experienced bankers to provide advice and execution support to clients in the consumer industry. The Associate will be responsible for developing and executing transaction strategies, preparing client materials, and conducting due diligence. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field as well as a minimum of four years of relevant experience in investment banking. Applicants should have a deep understanding of the consumer industry, as well as experience in M&A and capital raising transactions.
