Job Description

At Ernst & Young (EY) we are looking for an experienced On-site Technology Support Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our IT systems and services. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to providing high quality customer service.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, and who has a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience with network hardware and software, PC and Mac systems, and mobile devices is also highly desired.This is an excellent opportunity to work with innovative and cutting-edge technology while contributing to the success of one of the world’s largest professional services firms. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support for IT systems and services.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, PC and Mac systems, and mobile devices.
  4. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
  5. Document and track customer requests and resolutions.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Keep abreast of industry and technology trends.
  8. Follow established IT procedures and policies.
  9. Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  10. Research and recommend new technologies.
