Job Description

At Ernst & Young, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for driving operations excellence, a talent for innovating new solutions, and the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.The Program Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale initiatives across the firm, including developing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to effectively lead cross-functional teams.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Engineering), at least five years of program management experience, and a proven track record of success in delivering large-scale projects. Proven experience in developing innovative strategies and managing complex programs is highly preferred.The successful candidate should also demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to solve problems creatively and independently.
