  1. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM solutions for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ITSM strategies.
  3. Utilize expertise in ServiceNow to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  4. Manage and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow ITSM to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  6. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of ITSM projects.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and audits of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to identify areas for improvement and address any issues.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and maintain a positive working relationship.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on the use of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  10. Identify and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow ITSM implementation and management.
  11. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITSM with other systems and applications.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  13. Maintain and update documentation related to ServiceNow ITSM implementation and management processes.
  14. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in ServiceNow ITSM.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach to junior ITSM team members to foster their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
