9. Monitor and manage tax planning and compliance deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Mentor and develop junior tax team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and participate in business development activities to promote the company's services.
13. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
