  1. Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.
  2. Advise clients on transfer pricing strategies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and minimize tax risk.
  3. Work with some of the largest and most complex financial services organizations in the world.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective transfer pricing solutions for clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with changes in transfer pricing regulations and industry developments.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  7. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to support transfer pricing recommendations.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new methodologies.
  11. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to transfer pricing for clients.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on transfer pricing matters for both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.
  15. Proactively identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  16. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
  17. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the firm.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  19. Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  20. Support business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and participating in client pitches.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Transfer Pricing

  • Proven Track Record In Managing And Leading Transfer Pricing Projects For Large Financial Services Clients

  • Advanced Degree In Economics, Finance, Or A Related Field, And/Or Relevant Professional Certification (E.g. Cpa, Cfa)
