Responsible for monthly billing and reporting of assigned affiliate accounts. Maintain current affiliate contract information, subscriber counts and channel numbers in Affiliate Information System for assigned affiliate accounts. Responsible for application of cash receipts to open invoices for assigned affiliate accounts and ensure proper identification of billing discrepancies. Review accounts receivable aging on a monthly basis. Coordinate collection efforts with Credit and Collection Department. Responsible for computation of month end affiliate closing packages, as well as monthly and quarterly management schedules. Assists in the preparation and input of monthly journal entries. Assist Manager with Audit responsibilities.
