Cybersecurity Analyst

The ideal Cybersecurity Analyst will possess the technical knowledge and experience to detect and respond to cyber threats. They will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be comfortable working with a range of security technologies.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years’ experience in a security-related role and a bachelor’s degree in information security or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with vulnerability scanning tools, incident response, and malware analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents in a timely fashion.
2. Implement security technologies to protect the organization’s data from cyber threats.
3. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
4. Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks.
5. Perform malware analysis to identify malicious code and determine potential damage.
6. Develop and maintain incident response plans.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
8. Stay up to date on the latest security trends and technologies.
9. Prepare reports and present findings to management.
