Behavioral Health Counselor - Primary Care

Exeter Hospital is looking for an experienced, compassionate Behavioral Health Counselor - Primary Care to join our team. This role requires the ability to provide counseling services in a patient-centered setting that is responsive to the individual needs of our diverse patient population.The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field and be licensed in the state of New Hampshire as a mental health professional. In addition, the candidate must have a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a health care setting, preferably in working with primary care patients. Responsibilities:

1. Provide counseling services to primary care patients in a patient-centered setting
