Clinical Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Manager to join the team at Exeter Hospital! This individual will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of patient care. The Clinical Manager should be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital's clinical departments, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards. The successful candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; at least three years of clinical experience; and a valid state nursing license. Experience in hospital administration and/or management is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s clinical departments.
2. Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinical departments.
4. Monitor the performance of clinical staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
5. Identify areas for improvement in the delivery of patient care and develop plans to address these issues.
6. Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting.
8. Ensure that the hospital is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
9. Maintain records of patient care and other clinical activities.
10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
