Job Description

Exeter Hospital is looking for a passionate and experienced Leave Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and experience in leave management. Our Leave Administrator will be responsible for executing all aspects of the hospital’s leave program and providing exceptional customer service to employees. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in leave management• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work efficiently and independently on multiple projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the hospital’s leave program, including tracking employee absences and leaves and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Advise employees on leave options and provide guidance on the leave process.
  3. Monitor employee leave eligibility and usage and notify supervisors of any discrepancies.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain leave policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on leave usage for the organization.
  6. Create and maintain accurate employee leave records.
  7. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure leave policies are properly observed.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate leave accrual and payments.
  9. Assist in the resolution of any leave-related disputes.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
