As a Guest Services Representative at Extended Stay America, you will be a key member of our team, welcoming and assisting guests while creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual with a drive to learn and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and a strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
