The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to making our guests’ experience a positive one.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality industry role, such as a hotel front desk, or a customer service role, and be knowledgeable of hotel operations and customer service techniques. They will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently while following company procedures.
