Job Description

Analysis regarding financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure. Influence business partners to gain key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses. Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate mergers and aquisitions, new initiatives and effectively communicate key takeaways. Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to both influence and drive project outcomes. Assist with ad-hoc projects for management and the Board including presentations and surfacing research-based insights.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of finance experience at an investment bank, private equity, venture capital, or technology firm preferred

  • Experience in analyzing a financial statement and performing financial modeling inside of MS Excel

  • Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders
