Job Description

Define and execute on a strategy for positive social impact that balances ambitious goals for social impact, WhatsApp and Facebook product, and team resources. Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to understand new markets, define product needs and opportunities, and bring new products to market. Build, develop, retain and motivate a global team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities. Help drive product strategy through strategic partnerships and programs with social impact businesses, nonprofits, and thought leaders Initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with leading public- and private-sector social impact organizations and community leaders. Develop and meet product adoption targets that help our partners drive positive impact among their communities.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership positions in partnerships/business development

  • Experience developing and executing program, product, and business development strategies

  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones

  • Experience in building or managing partnerships and programs around messaging systems in a large-scale global environment
