Associate Content Quality Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Content Quality Specialist to join the FactSet Research Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring content accuracy and integrity across our publications and products. You must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities:

• Monitor content accuracy and integrity across FactSet Research Systems’ publications and products
• Verify accuracy of data and information contained in publications and products
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
• Prepare reports to document quality assurance process and results
• Troubleshoot and resolve content accuracy and integrity issues
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Work with internal teams to update existing content and develop new content
• Provide guidance and advice to other teams on content quality improvement
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in quality assurance standards
• Participate in cross-functional projects as needed
