  1. Lead and shape the user experience for a global financial technology company.
  2. Develop and implement user-centered design strategies to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  4. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts.
  6. Ensure consistency and coherence in the user experience across different platforms.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  8. Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure quality and consistency in design deliverables.
  9. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets user needs and design specifications.
  10. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  11. Plan and conduct user testing to validate design solutions.
  12. Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
  13. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  14. Monitor and analyze user metrics to track the success of design solutions.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Extensive Experience In Ux Design: A Senior Ux Design Lead At Factset Research Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ux Design Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Ux Design Projects.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Ux Designers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Abilities To Effectively Guide And Mentor Their Team.

  • User Research Expertise: A Senior Ux Design Lead Should Have Experience Conducting User Research To Identify User Needs, Pain Points, And Preferences. They Should Be Able To Use This Data To Inform And Drive The Design Process, Ensuring The End Product Meets User Expectations And Needs.

  • Technical Proficiency: In Addition To Design Skills, A Senior Ux Design Lead Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Wireframing And Prototyping Tools, And Html/Css. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Web And Mobile Development Processes.

  • Business Acumen: As A Senior Member Of The Ux Team, This Role Requires A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically About The Impact Of Ux Design On Business Goals.
