
Program Manager (Division Administrator)
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (Division Administrator) at the Federal Highway Administration who is passionate about driving excellence in the delivery of public services. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to join a team of highly skilled professionals. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in budgeting, program management, and policy analysis, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring compliance with Federal highway regulations.
- Develop, implement, and assess policies and procedures related to program delivery and management.
- Monitor program progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure delivery of services and compliance with regulations.
- Analyze data and develop reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare program updates and provide status reports for management.
- Serve as a point of contact regarding program-related issues and inquiries.
- Liaise with stakeholders and other divisions to coordinate program activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors.
- Identify and address potential risks and areas of non-compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members in the development and implementation of program initiatives.
