- Utilize expertise in SQL and data analysis to identify and mitigate fraudulent transactions and activities.
- Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of financial data to detect potential fraud.
- Develop and implement fraud detection strategies and procedures.
- Monitor and review suspicious transactions and activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve potential fraud cases.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to fraud detection and prevention.
- Generate reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain fraud detection models, algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current fraud prevention processes and strategies.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
- Train and educate team members on fraud detection techniques and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate fraud detection tools and technologies.

Strong Understanding Of Sql And Database Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Sql And Be Able To Write Complex Queries To Extract Data From Various Databases. They Should Also Be Skilled In Database Management And Have Experience In Data Cleansing And Manipulation.
Experience In Fraud Analytics: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Fraud Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Be Familiar With Different Types Of Fraud Schemes And Have Experience In Developing Fraud Detection Models.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: An Analytics Analyst – Fraud Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends In Large Datasets. They Should Also Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Detect And Mitigate Fraud Risks.
Knowledge Of Statistical And Data Analysis Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Statistical And Data Analysis Tools Such As R, Python, Or Sas. They Should Be Able To Apply These Tools To Analyze Large Datasets And Derive Meaningful Insights.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Of An Analytics Analyst – Fraud Requires Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicating Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
