As a Benefits Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through the administration of our comprehensive benefits programs.   1. Administer comprehensive benefits programs for all employees, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
  2. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration, such as HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding questions or concerns about their benefits packages.
  4. Facilitate new hire enrollment and annual open enrollment processes, including conducting informational sessions and providing assistance with enrollment decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records and files.
  6. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit deductions and changes.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in benefits data.
  8. Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to employees, demonstrating a strong understanding of benefits and a willingness to help and support their needs.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with external benefits vendors and partners.
  12. Participate in benefits-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  14. Stay current on company policies and procedures, and ensure all benefits processes are in compliance.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Fmla.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Benefit Program Enhancements.
