  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workflow Management And Process Optimization.

  • Proficient In Using Crm Systems And Other Sales Tools, With The Ability To Track And Analyze Data To Drive Business Growth.
