Job Description

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while managing the client service team.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service management experience, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Marketing is preferred. A thorough knowledge of financial services and/or banking products and services is also desired.We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. The successful candidate will have the ability to build relationships with clients and be a team leader. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to remain organized and focused are all essential skills for this role.If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to be an integral part of our client service team, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:
