
Compensation Partner Specialist
At Fidelity National Information Services-FIS, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Compensation Partner Specialist. The successful candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to help us develop and manage our compensation practices. In this role, you will work closely with our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure that FIS provides competitive and equitable compensation packages for our employees.We are looking for someone who brings a creative and analytical approach to the design and implementation of our compensation programs. Your ability to interpret data and identify trends related to compensation practices will be essential as you work to ensure equitable pay across all positions. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training that educates our HR team and employees on compensation practices.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization. To be successful in this role, you must have: a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in a compensation-related role; and prior experience with job analysis and benchmarking.
Responsibilities: -Design and implement competitive and equitable compensation packages for all employees -Interpret data and identify trends related to compensation practices -Design and deliver training to educate HR team and employees on compensation practices -Conduct job analysis and benchmarking -Provide creative and analytical approaches to compensation programs -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prevailing compensation laws and regulations -Monitor and review compensation programs to ensure they remain compliant and competitive -Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures related to compensation -Develop reports and presentations for senior management
