Compliance Analyst

Fidelity National Information- FIS is seeking a motivated and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about achieving compliance objectives and is driven to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Compliance Analyst will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and FIS policies. The Compliance Analyst will review and analyze various reports and documents, and provide guidance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws. In addition, this role will be responsible for staying up to date with regulatory changes and company policy updates.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or audit role• Knowledge of the banking and finance industry• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

2. Review and analyze various reports and documents to ensure compliance.
3. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and company policy updates.
4. Provide guidance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
5. Work independently and as part of a team.
6. Multi-task and prioritize tasks.
7. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
8. Evaluate and identify compliance issues.
9. Develop and implement action plans to address any identified issues.
10. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address compliance concerns.
