  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employment and litigation matters within the organization.
  2. Provide strategic counsel to the business leaders on all legal issues related to employment and litigation.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment and litigation matters.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks related to employment and litigation.
  5. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to employment and litigation.
  6. Manage all aspects of employment and litigation cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting investigations, and representing the company in court or in front of regulatory agencies.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and management, to provide guidance and support on employment-related issues.
  8. Work closely with outside counsel and vendors to effectively manage and defend litigation matters.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and management on legal requirements and best practices related to employment and litigation.
  10. Monitor and report on emerging trends and developments in employment and litigation law and advise the organization accordingly.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all employment and litigation matters.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to employment and litigation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent the company's interests in negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes related to employment and litigation matters.
  14. Act as a trusted advisor to the organization, providing timely and proactive legal advice and solutions.
  15. Keep abreast of industry and market developments to identify potential legal risks and opportunities for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admitted To Practice Law In At Least One State, Preferably In Florida.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employment And Litigation Law, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Employment And Labor Practices, Including But Not Limited To Title Vii, Ada, Fmla, And Flsa.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Conflict Resolution Skills, With Experience In Handling Complex Litigation And Employment-Related Disputes.
