  1. Monitor and respond to all enterprise-level incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Investigate the root cause of incidents and problems and develop effective solutions to prevent them from reoccurring.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for incident and problem management.
  4. Develop and maintain incident and problem management policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolutions for incidents and problems.
  6. Conduct thorough post-incident and problem analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Utilize incident and problem management tools and technologies to track and document all incidents and problems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in incident and problem management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor team members on incident and problem management processes and procedures.
  10. Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a 24/7 environment.
  12. Collaborate with other teams to ensure incident and problem management processes align with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information related to incidents and problems.
  14. Provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on incident and problem trends and analysis.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by promptly addressing and resolving incidents and problems to minimize impact on clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Incident And Problem Management Within A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Principles And Experience Implementing Itil Processes.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
