- Monitor and respond to all enterprise-level incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigate the root cause of incidents and problems and develop effective solutions to prevent them from reoccurring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for incident and problem management.
- Develop and maintain incident and problem management policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolutions for incidents and problems.
- Conduct thorough post-incident and problem analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Utilize incident and problem management tools and technologies to track and document all incidents and problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in incident and problem management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on incident and problem management processes and procedures.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure incident and problem management processes align with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information related to incidents and problems.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on incident and problem trends and analysis.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by promptly addressing and resolving incidents and problems to minimize impact on clients.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Incident And Problem Management Within A Large Enterprise Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Principles And Experience Implementing Itil Processes.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
