- Provide exceptional customer service to Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) customers in the InP division.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of FIS products and services, and be able to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience In A Retail Or Financial Services Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Concerns And Build Relationships.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Tools And Microsoft Office.
Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Banking And Credit Cards, With An Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Deadlines.
