
ITIL Change Management Analyst (Service Now)

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the ITIL framework and its application in change management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document change requirements and assess their impact on existing systems and processes.
- Utilize the ServiceNow platform to manage change requests, ensuring all necessary information is captured and tracked according to established procedures.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change requests, identifying any potential risks or issues and escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain change management documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings and provide recommendations for change implementation based on risk analysis and business impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements throughout the change management process.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements to optimize change management procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ITIL change management best practices and provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments related to ITIL and change management, and make recommendations for incorporating new practices into existing processes.
- Participate in audits and assist with the preparation of documentation and evidence related to change management processes.
Itil Certification: A Strong Understanding Of Itil Principles And Processes Is Essential For A Change Management Analyst. This Includes Knowledge Of The Service Lifecycle And Continual Service Improvement.
Service Now Experience: Fis Specifically Mentions Service Now As A Required Skill For This Position. Candidates Should Have Experience Using This It Service Management Platform, Preferably In A Change Management Capacity.
