  1. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to information security.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify any gaps in security protocols and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and analyze security incidents and report findings to appropriate stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all security practices are in line with company policies and procedures.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in information security.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and regulatory bodies to stay updated on any changes or updates in regulations.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory security matters for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
  12. Assist with creating and maintaining documentation related to legal and regulatory compliance.
  13. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
  15. Contribute to the development and improvement of security policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Legal And Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr, Sox, And Pci-Dss.

  • Professional Certifications In Information Security, Such As Cissp, Cisa, Or Cism.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Legal And Regulatory Requirements To Technical Teams.
