- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing for the company, including timely and accurate payment of employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Stay informed of any changes in payroll regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex payroll issues or inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any payroll-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Train new team members on payroll processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
- Keep payroll data confidential and maintain the highest standards of data security.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payroll matters and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Payroll Issues.
Experience With Payroll Software, Specifically Adp, And Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
