- Manage and maintain the Dynamics CRM system to ensure its optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement strategies for data backup, security, and recovery to ensure the integrity and safety of the CRM system.
- Monitor system usage, performance, and capacity to identify areas for improvement and make necessary recommendations.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate the CRM system with other applications and platforms.
- Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Dynamics CRM and proactively implement them to enhance the system.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior systems administrators, as needed.
- Participate in project planning and implementation related to the CRM system.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements to the CRM system.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the CRM space, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Extensive Experience With Dynamics Crm: A Senior Systems Administrator For Dynamics Crm At Fis Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Dynamics Crm Platform And Its Functionalities. They Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Implementing, Customizing, And Maintaining Dynamics Crm Systems.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Various Programming Languages, Such As C#, Javascript, And Sql. They Should Also Have Experience With Server And Database Administration, As Well As Knowledge Of Cloud-Based Technologies.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Systems Administrator Should Have Experience Managing Complex Projects Related To Dynamics Crm Implementation And Upgrades. They Should Be Able To Lead A Team And Work Closely With Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
