- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top sales talent to the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job postings, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies, if necessary, to assist with hard-to-fill positions.
- Continuously promote and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Focus On Sales Roles.
Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Specifically Within The Technology Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Recruiting Top Sales Talent.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As Knowledge Of Best Practices In Recruitment And Selection Processes.
