  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Houston and South Texas region.
  2. Promote and educate clients on the benefits and processes of 1031 exchanges.
  3. Drive sales growth by actively seeking out new business opportunities and converting leads into clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to 1031 exchanges.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of 1031 exchange transactions.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  8. Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales progress.
  9. Attend industry events and network with potential clients and industry professionals.
  10. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
  11. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, while conducting business.
  14. Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of 1031 exchanges and the real estate industry.
