  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the real estate transaction process.
  2. Assist Escrow Officers with administrative tasks such as preparing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to escrow transactions.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
  5. Perform title searches and review title reports to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
  6. Prepare escrow instructions, documents, and closing statements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met for a successful closing.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process.
  9. Keep abreast of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
  10. Support and assist Escrow Officers in all aspects of the escrow process, including but not limited to, opening new files, disbursement of funds, and finalizing transactions.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and other company events.
  12. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the escrow department.
  13. Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
