  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Indianapolis Downtown branch, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and meet sales goals.
  3. Foster a positive and professional work environment for branch employees, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

  13. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and adjust branch strategies accordingly.
  14. Participate in company meetings and provide updates on branch performance and initiatives.
  15. Act as a liaison between the branch and other departments within the company to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role
