1. Assist Commercial Escrow Officers in handling a high volume of complex commercial real estate transactions.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain a positive and professional relationship with them.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all escrow documents and related paperwork.
4. Coordinate with various parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys.
5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the escrow process.
6. Manage and maintain escrow files and documents, including organizing, filing, and archiving.
7. Prepare and review closing documents and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to commercial escrow.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior escrow assistants, as needed.
11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
12. Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by the company.
13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
14. Assist in resolving any post-closing issues or inquiries from clients.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
