  1. Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  2. Work closely with HR and other departments to understand business needs and provide efficient and effective solutions.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of Workday functionality to identify and implement enhancements and improvements to the system.
  4. Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and data for decision-making.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and provide guidance and training to HRIS team members and end users.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the HRIS system integrates smoothly with other HR and business systems.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors in a timely manner to minimize disruption to HR services.
  9. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new releases, and proactively recommend and implement relevant changes to improve system functionality.
  10. Analyze and document business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with discretion.
  12. Participate in project planning, implementation, and testing for new HR systems and processes.
  13. Train and support end users on Workday functionality and best practices.
  14. Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams, communicating system needs and requirements.
  15. Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in HR technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday As A Functional Analyst Or Consultant.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data, With Experience Implementing And Configuring Workday Modules Such As Core Hr, Compensation, Benefits, And Talent Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Workday Solutions.

  • Demonstrated Experience Managing And Leading Projects, With A Track Record Of Timely And Successful Delivery Of Hris Initiatives.
