Senior Product Manager - Platform

- Develop and drive the overall product strategy for our platform products in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of new features and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and advocate for their needs throughout the product development cycle.
- Act as a product expert and provide guidance and support to other teams including sales, customer success, and support.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and integrations to enhance the functionality and value of our platform products.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and anticipate potential opportunities and threats to our product strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior product team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Platform Development And Management, Including Experience With Cloud-Based Platforms And Api Integration.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Product Projects, From Ideation To Release.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Real Estate Industry And Related Technologies, With A Focus On Platform Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Product Strategy And Vision.
