
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at First Atlantic Health Care, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility. We seek a highly motivated professional with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of healthcare regulations, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working in the senior care industry. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, at least three years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar role, and a valid Nursing Home Administrator license. The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and an understanding of financial and quality management principles are essential. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage financial resources and develop budgets that meet the needs of the facility.
- Manage staff and ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and care.
- Monitor the performance of the nursing home and make adjustments as needed.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery methods.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
- Develop and implement plans for resident care and services.
- Monitor and respond to resident and family complaints.
- Maintain and update records of resident care and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality of care is maintained.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Care Administration Or Related Field
Strong Leadership Skills
Master's Degree Or Higher Preferred
+ Years Of Experience In Long Term Care And/Or Health Care Administration
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Relevant To Long Term Care
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
Ability To Build Relationships With Team Members And Residents
