At First Horizon, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us create innovative solutions that make a positive impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, as well as an aptitude for leveraging technology to develop meaningful insights.The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to think analytically and strategically, be comfortable working with stakeholders, and be able to effectively communicate findings to a variety of audiences.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analytics role. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, is also required. We are looking for an individual with an inquisitive mind who is motivated to dig deep and uncover insights that can help us make better decisions. Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
