Are you an experienced Collections Specialist looking for an opportunity to join a leading banking and financial services firm? In this role, you will be responsible for working with customers to collect payments and resolve delinquency issues.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years of collections experience and strong customer service skills. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service while working with customers to collect payments and resolve delinquency issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
Analyze customer accounts and develop payment plans as needed.
Assist with the development and implementation of collection policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments are made.
Identify accounts with potential legal issues and take necessary actions.
Prepare and submit reports on collection activities.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Assist in training and developing junior staff.
