Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service while working with customers to collect payments and resolve delinquency issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Analyze customer accounts and develop payment plans as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of collection policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments are made.
- Identify accounts with potential legal issues and take necessary actions.
- Prepare and submit reports on collection activities.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist in training and developing junior staff.
