We are looking for a talented Compliance Officer who is passionate about upholding these standards.The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work autonomously. They should have a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and a history of delivering results.The successful candidate will have a degree in law, business, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a compliance role. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of applicable regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them appropriately is essential.We are looking for a Compliance Officer who takes pride in their work and is committed to helping First Horizon be a leader in compliance.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure that all operations and activities of First Horizon are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Research, interpret, and apply regulations in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to staff on the interpretation of laws and regulations.
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with compliance issues.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
Investigate and respond to potential compliance violations.
Provide training and education to staff on compliance matters.
Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant regulations and laws.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and law enforcement agencies.
