Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital banking platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage a team of digital banking operations processors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer service, to identify and resolve any issues related to digital banking operations.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience within the digital banking platform.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital banking operations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Operations, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Digital Banking Platforms And Technology, Including Mobile Banking, Online Banking, And Digital Payments.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Process Improvements And Streamline Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate Employees To Achieve Departmental Goals And Objectives.
